DAVID'S STORY
​I grew up in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas. Our 160-acre farm was tucked away in the woods, surrounded by the Ozark National Forest.​
From the time I was a youngster, I learned there were three things that helped us cope when times got tough: God, music, and laughter.
I saw our hard-working neighbors gather around our porch on Saturday nights and sing and laugh and forget their problems at front porch singings. And church on Sunday mornings.
So, I was hooked on making people laugh, and music! ​
In decades of church ministry, I had many opportunities to make people laugh at church events, banquets, community events, you name it. I started writing funny songs about church life and life in general.
​
Now I want to inspire and encourage people with laughter and storytelling and funny original music parodies.
I have a passion to help people GET UP, CHEER UP, AND LOOK UP!
